On the Production Table: Wedding Invitations with Pink Satin Bows

Couldn't resist taking pictures today while Gary, Real Card Studio's Assembly Technician, worked to assemble these bespoke custom wedding invitations. My favorite part of the assembly process is just before he starts tying the bows, because he first cuts a big pile of gorgeous satin ribbon. 

Many people are surprised to learn that our perfect-bow tying goddess is actually a god.  (And nope, he's not gay either, which many then assume.) Gary is, in this order: a father, a skater,  barbecue creator, and a pretty bow tie-er. I've watched him do this all day long for going on 9 years now, and each bow is just as precise as the next.(And good thing too, we had to do this job again, after a certain shipping company lost the first order.)

Before Gary started working here, I used to think I tied a pretty nice bow.
